Do you accept insurance? If you don’t accept mine, what is your rate?

Ahhhh…the most important question! Yes, I accept Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, Oscar, Optum, Quest, and Carelon. My private pay fees are $155 for individuals and $185 for couples per 50-minute session, $280 per 90-minute session, and $600 for 3-hour intensives. I have a discounted rate for Military and First Responders at $125 for a 50-minute session.

What is the earliest time you will take a client?

I usually start at 9:00 AM, but can take an occasional 8:00 AM client. Traffic in Baton Rouge…if you know, you know!

What is the latest you will take a client?

5:00 PM.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. As long as clients reside in Louisiana, I am happy to provide telehealth through a secure, HIPAA-compliant audio-visual call.

How long are therapy sessions?

This one depends! My sessions are 50 minutes long, but intensives are typically 2-3 hours of therapy.

What trainings do you have?

Most of my trainings focus on trauma-informed care and couples counseling. I’ve also picked up plenty of other approaches along the way, so I like to think of it as having a whole hat of tricks to pull from when I’m working with clients. If you ever want the full list of trainings, just let me know and I’ll be glad to share. My big ones are EMDR, DBR L1, and CPT.

Can I see proof of your credentials and trainings?
